The P-18PL mobile radar is a long range sensor intended for area surveillance for the purposes of monitoring the situation in the air, early detection of air attack threats, defining the attack / strike direction, defining threat types (classification of means of attack), setting targets for fire control systems and supporting the airborne operations of own forces.
Equipped with AESA-class antenna and based on the software defined radio (SDR) technique, the equipment can be easily modified and adapted to new tasks.
