History
PIT-RADWAR S.A. was founded on December 30, 2011, by merging the three companies which had been active in the defence sector for several decades:

Przemysłowy Instytut Telekomunikacji S.A. (Telecommunications Research Institute S.A.),

Centrum Naukowo-Produkcyjne Elektroniki Profesjonalnej RADWAR S.A. (The Science-Production Centre of Professional Electronics),

Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjne Podzespołów Elektronicznych „DOLAM” S.A.
Until the end of February 2012 the company functioned as Przemysłowy Instytut Telekomunikacji S.A., and on March 5, 2012, it took on the name Bumar Elektronika S.A.
July the 1st 2014 Bumar Elektronika Spółka Akcyjna has changed its name into PIT-RADWAR Spółka Akcyjna.
PIT-RADWAR S.A. is the successor of many years’ experience and achievements of the leading Polish companies on the market of professional electronics.
The solutions and products of the three companies have been a constituent of the equipment of the Polish Armed Forces’, Polish Border Guard and Police; many of them have been appreciated on the international market.
