Change in the Management Board of PIT-RADWAR S.A.

We would like to inform that due to the end of the 6th joint term of office of PIT-RADWAR S.A. Management Board on December 31, 2025, the Company's Supervisory Board has conducted a recruitment process for the positions of President of the Management Board and Members of PIT-RADWAR S.A. Management Board of the 7th term.

As a result of the recruitment process, the Company's Supervisory Board appointed, as of May 1, 2026, the Management Board of PIT-RADWAR S.A. for the 7th term, the following members:

• Arkadiusz Miszuk – President of the Management Board
• Hanna Szeska-Grudzińska – Member of the Management Board
• Adam Zawada – Member of the Management Board
• Leszek Dubiński – Member of the Management Board

Marek Borejko, President of the Management Board of PIT-RADWAR S.A. for the 6th term, did not participate in the aforementioned recruitment process and terminated his position on the Management Board of PIT-RADWAR S.A. on April 30.

Marek Borejko will assume a new position within the PGZ Group.
